Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Ariba Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to clients in the design, implementation, and configuration of their Ariba solutions. The SAP Ariba Solutions Consultant will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze existing systems and processes, and recommend solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes.
2. Develop a deep understanding of client’s business challenges, objectives and measures of success.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients in the selection, implementation, and customization of various SAP Ariba solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal development teams to design and implement configured solutions that meet client needs.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of their SAP Ariba solutions.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Ariba products and technologies, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
7. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution based on customer needs.
8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience with specific SAP Ariba software solutions (e.g., ERP systems, CRM software, BI tools, etc.).
2. Proven experience (5+ years) working as a software consultant, solutions architect, or similar role.
3. Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and database technologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Experience with SAP Ariba cloud implementation and customization, including configuration, integration, and testing.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Willingness to travel to client sites, as needed.

11. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications in relevant technologies.
2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
