SAP Ariba Project Manager – Premikati

A Premikati Project Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating SAP Ariba projects within the organization. This role works closely with our internal team, client teams, project stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation and execution of SAP Ariba projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal Team members to create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for SAP Ariba implementations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including; project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and communication records.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, providing updates on project progress, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to gather project requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while proactively managing potential issues to minimize their impact on the project overall.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their project implementations building strong relationships, and an understanding of their unique needs and expectations.
  • Conduct regular project touch points, both internal and with clients, to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria, while ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, concerns, and expectations, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Resolve client escalations, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively maintaining confidence and trust.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in SAP Ariba projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both individually, and collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, documentation, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Project Management certification (PMP) or relevant training, not required but is a plus.
  • Experience using ClickUp Business Software, not required but is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
