Role Summary

We are in search of a motivated Digital Sales Development Associate with a specific focus on SAP Ariba to join our Digital Sales Development team. This role is integral in guiding and influencing customers through the initial stages of their digital transformation journey with SAP Ariba. You will play a crucial part in building and nurturing a sales pipeline aligned with our Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on both the SAP install base and net new name accounts. Your efforts will be key in prospecting, nurturing leads into qualified opportunities, and delivering a superior customer engagement experience.

Solution Specialization

Your work will center on SAP Ariba and SAP S4/Hana public cloud edition— a cornerstone of Cloud ERP that equips organizations with the necessary tools and technology for effective business process management, actionable insights, and productivity enhancements across all operations. You will champion the SAP Ariba solution, emphasizing its integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud to streamline procurement, supply chain management, and other core business functions.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Execute targeted outbound campaigns through phone, chat, and email to generate new pipeline. Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Account Executives for effective territory planning and campaign execution.

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc., aligning with management and passing qualified leads to Sales for opportunity management.

• Pipeline Acceleration: Accelerate pipeline and increase conversion by executing programmatic nurturing of recycled and reconstituted leads. Proactively provide feedback to Marketing on campaign effectiveness.

• Training & Enablement: Participate in training activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills. Complete all enablement activities in a timely manner to ensure up-to-date knowledge of SAP Ariba solutions.

Experience and Other Requirements

• Experience in high-volume activity environments, with a proven track record in sales development or demand generation, preferably in technology or procurement sectors.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills.

• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and exhibit strong project management and analytical skills.

• Fluency in English is required.
