Position overview

Build Integrations That Keep Procurement Moving

As an SAP Ariba Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Ariba solutions. You will design, develop, and implement integrations that connect SAP Ariba with enterprise systems while ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide the technical expertise needed to support procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Own integration delivery from requirements and architecture through testing, support, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Solution Design

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for SAP Ariba integration.

ERP and Enterprise Integration

Design and implement integration solutions connecting SAP Ariba with ERP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and NetSuite.

Integration Development and SAP BTP

Develop and configure interfaces using SAP Ariba CIG, APIs, web services, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure, and other middleware platforms.
Maximize the utilization of SAP Business Technology Platform.

Data Flow and SAP Ariba Configuration

Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure seamless data flow between SAP Ariba and enterprise systems.
Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Sourcing, and Contract Management, to meet business requirements.

Cross-Functional Delivery

Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to align and integrate SAP Ariba solutions.

Technical Support, Testing, and Performance

Provide technical guidance and support to resolve integration issues, troubleshoot errors, and optimize system performance.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of SAP Ariba integration solutions.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement

Document technical specifications, configuration settings, and integration processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay current on SAP Ariba features, enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

What you bring

Experience That Fits the Role

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Three or more years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and integration projects.
Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionality, and integration capabilities.
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG, APIs, web services, and integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and Azure.
Proficiency in SAP Ariba system configuration, customization, and administration.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft NAV.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
SAP Ariba certification or certifications are required.
