Code of Conduct

A Code of Conduct is a written policy that outlines acceptable and unacceptable behaviors for a corporation. It shows both internal and external stakeholders the organization’s ethical intentions and importance. Many companies choose to make their codes of conduct available on their websites to inform consumers of their social responsibilities towards the environment, community, and workplace.

There are various sources, such as the International Labor Organization (ILO), the UN Global Compact, and CSR Europe, that can provide examples for organizations developing their Code of Conduct.
